Meet Ivan
Ivan Ivanov is the founder of Suples Training Systems, and the Bulgarian Bag itself. He is a former Olympic Wrestler, and a highly respected coach. He was recently appointed by USA Wrestling as the General Manager of Greco-Roman programs.
The three hour workshop led by Ivan will showcase all equipment and modalities created under Suples Training Systems (Bulgarian bag, Suples ball, and H.I.R.T.S. straps). While the Bulgarian bag was originally created as a tool for wrestlers, Ivan's equipment is now used throughout the fitness industry.
