JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a high-quality sports-oriented clinic located in downtown NYC seeking an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy for a Part-Time (potential to become Full-Time) position. All appointments are one-on-one for an hour to ensure a personalized and effective treatment experience. Individualized attention is a hallmark of the MOTIVNY brand. Must be comfortable designing and executing rehabilitation programs independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DPT degree with preferred 3 years experience, new grads are welcome to apply
  • New York State License to practice Physical Therapy
  • CPR certification current
  • FRC/FR Release/Kinstretch certified preferred
  • Strong manual skills with post-grad certification courses
  • Familiarity with strength training principles, kettlebell training
  • IASTM and taping experience preferred

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Brand Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Create, organize and update content calendar and social media calendar
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content according to guidelines
  • Drive engagement within the Instagram community in viewing IG stories and timeline posts
  • Interact with our community influencers, local business, and brand partners
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Share content from community influencers and members to our story
  • Keep record of raw data and performance analytics of all published content
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

CLIENT EXPERIENCE TEAM

Members of this team, work as the front-facing presence of MOTIVNY, meant to be a warm welcome to both new clients and returning patients alike.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role requires someone with a fluid nature, adhering to the day-to-day responsibilities with the ability to handle tasks as they come. Responsible for greeting and checking in clients, as well as answering the studio's phone. They are the master of their domain, in charge of keeping track of inventory, managing the tidiness of the studio, and keeping up with the space's functionality.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Part-time availability, regular schedule with flexibility as needed
  • $18/hr
  • Opportunities for growth with regularly scheduled reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with google docs, sheets and Gmail, with the ability to quickly learn and interact with new programs and interfaces
